1. Introduction

Welcome to Quicktasy (“Quicktasy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quicktasy website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

Quicktasy is a fantasy sports drafting platform that allows users to participate in supported fantasy sports experiences involving the National Football League (NFL), cricket, the National Basketball Association (NBA), and other sports made available on the Platform.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of its features, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions

You may use Quicktasy only if you meet the eligibility requirements applicable to the services offered in your location.

5. Draft Rules and Team Selection

All drafts are subject to the rules and settings displayed for the relevant draft or contest.

Draft order and turn duration.

Player selection and auto-pick behavior.

Restrictions on editing or changing selections.

Draft completion requirements.

Quicktasy may enforce draft rules and technical restrictions to maintain consistent gameplay and fair participation.

6. Fantasy Scoring, Statistics, and Results

Fantasy scores and rankings are calculated according to the scoring rules applicable to each contest.

Scores may depend on athlete statistics, official game results, and data supplied by third-party sports data providers.

Statistics, live scores, fantasy points, and rankings may be delayed, corrected, or updated when new or corrected information becomes available.

If a statistical correction affects a contest, Quicktasy may recalculate scores, rankings, and results in accordance with the applicable contest rules.

Where a contest involves prizes or other rewards, the applicable contest rules will govern result finalization, eligibility, and distribution.

7. Contests, Entry Fees, and Rewards

Quicktasy may offer free-to-play experiences and, where legally permitted, contests involving entry fees, prizes, rewards, or other incentives.

The details of each contest, including any entry fee, prize structure, eligibility requirements, deadlines, and applicable restrictions, will be provided through the relevant contest information or additional rules.

You agree that:

You will not use prohibited payment methods or another person's payment credentials without authorization.

8. Wallets, Payments, Bonuses, and Withdrawals

If Quicktasy provides wallet or payment functionality, additional terms may apply to deposits, balances, promotional credits, rewards, winnings, refunds, and withdrawals.

The applicable product screens and wallet-specific terms will describe the categories of balances supported by the Platform and the rules governing their use.

You agree to use Quicktasy fairly and lawfully.

Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended gameplay behavior.

Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation to gain an unfair advantage.

Interfere with the Platform's functionality or security.

Attempt to access another user's account or confidential information.

Submit false identity, payment, or eligibility information.

Use the Platform for fraud, unlawful transactions, or other prohibited activities.

Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse Platform software except where permitted by applicable law.

Quicktasy may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including warnings, restrictions, contest disqualification, account suspension, or termination, subject to applicable law and any relevant contest rules.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Quicktasy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Platform for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Quicktasy's intellectual property without prior authorization, except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, team names, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Platform does not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

11. Third-Party Services and Data

Quicktasy may rely on third-party services for sports statistics, authentication, analytics, payments, notifications, hosting, and other functionality.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Quicktasy does not control every aspect of third-party services and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability or accuracy. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Platform Availability and Changes

We aim to maintain a reliable Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, security incidents, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update, modify, introduce, or discontinue Platform features where reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, or product reasons.

If a change materially affects an existing paid contest or transaction, we will handle it in accordance with the applicable contest rules and legal obligations.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Quicktasy at any time and may request account deletion through the available account settings or support channels.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate suspected fraud, address security concerns, comply with legal obligations, or discontinue a service.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue before taking action.

Account closure does not automatically determine the treatment of pending transactions, eligible rewards, outstanding disputes, or legally required records. These matters will be handled under the applicable policies and laws.

14. Disclaimers

Quicktasy is a fantasy sports platform and is not an official league, team, or governing body unless an express authorized affiliation is stated.

Sports statistics, player availability, projections, and third-party data may contain errors or delays. We do not guarantee that every item of information will be complete, current, or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis, subject to any warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Fantasy sports outcomes are uncertain. Participation does not guarantee success, rewards, or financial returns.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quicktasy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including any applicable consumer rights.

Any other applicable limitations of liability must be interpreted consistently with mandatory legal requirements.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Platform, fraud, or material violation of these Terms.
